To begin the return process please contact the team via e-mail with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received back to the studio and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method
Processing time of the refund will depend on your payment method.
For size exchanges, please contact the team in advance so the correct size can be prepared.
We require your original item to arrive back to us before we can ship your replacement product.
The team endeavour to complete all exchanges within 24 hours of receiving them back to the studio.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
