We will happily accept exchanges and returns on purchases within 7 days of you receiving your merchandise. Please contact us to organise the exchange or return. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer this service.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or returns on the following products:
Custom made or personalised products
Pet shampoo once opened
If you believe your product is of faulty or inferior quality please contact us at email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we are working on your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time of the refund will depend on your payment method.
We will happily exchange items within a 7 day period of you receiving your merchandise.
We require the product that is being exchanged to arrive back to us before we can ship your replacement item.
For size exchanges or requests for a different item please email the team in advance so your replacement item can be prepared.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
