Due to the extra TLC that goes into hand stamping, there will always be a slight impression left over on the back of the tags.
To avoid distorting the letters and numbers, we only stamp on the front of the tags.
If you need to make a change, please contact us ASAP with your order number and new details.
If we haven’t started making the tag, it’s no problem at all!
Unfortunately, once the tag is made, we can’t update the details.
As long as your order hasn’t been processed, we can fix it up – paws crossed! Please contact us or send us a quick email with your order number and correct address details.
