Simply contact the team within 14 days of receiving your goods to organise an exchange or return.
To be eligible your item must be unused, undamaged and include the original packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or returns on custom made or personalised products including our hand stamped dog tags.
We are dedicated to delivering a high quality production however if you believe your product is faulty or not to standard please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our contact page.
For size exchanges, please contact the team in advance so the correct size can be prepared.
Follow the three steps at the bottom of this page and once your original item arrives back to us we'll get the new size off to you!
The team endeavour to process all exchanges within 48 hours of receiving them back to the studio.
To start the return process please contact the team via e-mail or our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received back to the studio and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Processing time of the refund will depend on your payment method.

Our satchels and packaging are all re-usable so it's as simple as wrapping your order back up and sealing the satchel with tape.
We'll send through our PO Box address and a return reference number, it's recommended to send your parcel with tracking!
