To organise an exchange or return, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your goodies.
Your item must be unused, undamaged and include the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept exchanges or returns on personalised or customised products.

Follow the three easy steps at the bottom of this page and once your return arrives back at our studio, we’ll process your exchange within 48 hours.

To start the return process, please contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return arrives to our studio and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that your refund’s processing time will depend on your original payment method.
Our satchels and packaging are all reusable – Mother Earth approves! Just re-wrap your order and tape up the satchel, nice and tight. Bribe your furry BFF to seal it with a good luck kiss.
We’ll email you our PO Box address and a return reference number. Head to your local post office and send it on its merry way. For peace of mind (in case it goes wandering), note your tracking number.
